New subscribers are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe and decide within the first 30 days that Drawdown Arc Pro isn't for you — for any reason — email us at hello@drawdownarc.com and we'll refund your payment in full. No forms, no explanations required.
How to request a refund
Email hello@drawdownarc.com from the address associated with your account. Include "Refund request" in the subject line. We'll initiate your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and returned to the original payment method.
Renewal payments
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal charges. If you no longer want to be charged, cancel before your renewal date — you'll retain access through the end of your paid period.
Annual subscriptions
The same 30-day guarantee applies to annual subscriptions. If you subscribed annually and request a refund within 30 days, you'll receive the full annual amount back.
After cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund — it simply ends billing. If you want a refund and you're within the 30-day window, request it explicitly as described above.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles). In practice, we apply this policy generously.
